L’Univers de Tim Burton par Mystery Ensemble

Tim Burton's Universe by Mystery Ensemble takes place on 30 October at 7:00 p.m. at the Auditorium Sacré-Cœur, Église du Sacré-Cœur, Geneva. Welcome to the fantastical worlds of Tim Burton! We invite you on a journey through the music that made them unforgettable. From the marvellous brilliance of Alice in Wonderland to the festive magic of Nightmare Before Christmas, from the haunting poetry of Edward Scissorhands to the dazzling eccentricity of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - this concert immerses you in the soundscapes that shaped Burton's unique cinematic universe. At the heart of this adventure is the music of Danny Elfman, Burton's longtime collaborator and one of the most distinctive film composers of our time. Elfman's music blends playfulness and menace, tenderness and grandeur - a perfect reflection of Burton's visual imagination. Alongside Elfman, the programme also celebrates unforgettable moments from Corpse Bride, the cult film Beetlejuice, the gothic momentum of Batman, and the finely crafted drama of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. During the show, Mystery Ensemble brings Burton's worlds to life through unique arrangements. Expect bewitching melodies, bold instrumental colours and an atmosphere that shifts in an instant - from the macabre to the marvellous, from the intimate to the epic. This is more than a concert of film music - it is a live theatrical experience. The mysterious magic of the concert arises from the connection between the musicians, the architecture of the venue, the light and the music itself. Feel as if you are stepping into a Tim Burton film! The concert is organised by the creative agency RED EVENTS & Distribution Ltd., known for its exceptional cultural experiences in historic mansions, on rooftops, in greenhouses and in some of the most atmospheric venues in Europe, the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Georgia and beyond.
